  1. General
    These terms and conditions govern all interactions between JLB Agri Pty Ltd (“JLB Agri,” “we,” “us”) and our customers (“you”). By engaging with our services, including browsing our website, inquiring about products, or placing orders, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes posted on our website.

  2. Products and Orders
    JLB Agri supplies agricultural equipment and parts, including but not limited to bearings, high-speed discs, ripper points, cultivators, and lime spreaders. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we recommend verifying specifications before ordering. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by JLB Agri. We may contact you to confirm order details or request additional information. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  3. Delivery
    We offer delivery to farms across South Africa and neighboring countries. Delivery times vary based on location and product availability, typically within a few days. We aim for timely delivery but are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery costs are provided at the time of order confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

  4. Payment
    Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. JLB Agri may offer various payment methods, including bank transfers or other agreed methods, until card payments are implemented. All payments must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges, subject to prior notification.

  5. Returns and Refunds
    If a product is defective or not as described, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at 073 209 3736 or jaun@jlbabri.co.za to initiate a return. We will assess the item and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

  6. Warranties and Liability
    Products are covered by manufacturer warranties, where applicable. JLB Agri is not liable for damages caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or downtime, arising from product use or delivery issues.

  7. Custom Imports
    As a registered import and export dealer, JLB Agri can source specialized equipment upon request. Custom import orders are subject to additional terms, including longer delivery times and potential import duties, which will be communicated at the time of order. All custom orders require full payment in advance.

  8. After-Sales Support

  9. Website Use

    These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
