Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or not as described. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Custom-imported items or products specifically ordered for you may not be eligible for return unless defective. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our team within 7 days of delivery via phone (073 209 3736) or email (jaun@jlbabri.co.za). Provide your order details and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the product to our designated address. You are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving the returned product, JLB Agri will inspect it to verify its condition and the reason for return. If approved, we will notify you within 5 business days. For defective or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product’s price, which will be communicated before processing.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer) or as agreed with you. The refund will cover the product’s purchase price, excluding any delivery or return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. If the return is due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
Custom-imported products or specially ordered items.
Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling.
Products not in their original packaging or condition.
